Allstars

I took my first stab at Sports Photography, and I have to say, I really enjoyed it! In my opinion, it is one of the more difficult types of Photography, as my leg muscles are really feeling it the day after. You have to constantly be on your toes, finding the right angle and be ready at the blink of an eye for that perfect action shot! I couldn't believe the concentration and determination of these boys. What a great team! Go Allstars!

Miss A

This session was extra special because this little miss is my very own niece! She is seven months old and the youngest of the Daniels clan. She was a dream to photograph! Wherever I sat her, she stayed. Whenever I needed her to smile, there it was. Not to mention the rose garden we used for her photoshoot was in full bloom and vibrant with color. I couldn't be happier with these!

Mr. L and his Mommy

Sometimes I want to just pinch myself! I am so fortunate to be able to photograph some of the most beautiful children I had ever seen. This little man was no exception. If Edward Cullen had a son, I swear he would look like this. Not to mention, his mommy was beautiful as well!

The C boys

This was one of those sessions that really reminded me why I love photography so much. These little cuties were so busy....typical boys, wrestling in the grass, making silly faces, making mom crazy. I reminded mom that boys will be boys and not to worry. I sat in the grass and just let them do their thing around me. I just followed them around and tried to just capture the true spirit of little boys. The best photography happens when you just "let it happen."  I think poor mom had her doubts as she walked away, a little sad that her little guys were so active. As I began editing, I couldn't wait to share these with mom. Let's just say, mom is now a believer!

Cami Rae

I have been waiting to photograph this little lovely for some time now! I knew going into it, that this would be one of my favorite sessions yet. I have a weakness for frills, tutus, and all things girly, and this little one's wardrobe was a photographer's dream come true. Not to mention, with the face of an angel, my job was pretty easy!

Live, Laugh, Photograph

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! Here you can follow my journey of becomming a photographer. I will share my favorite images from my most recent sessions and any other information associated with Once Upon a Time Photography. My name is Ashley and I have always had a love for the art of photography. When my sweet babygirl was born  almost three years ago, it became a passion of mine. I was (and still am) always trying to capture those sweet little moments and milestones. From there, my love for the art grew and grew. Every image I take comes straight from the heart. Every captured smile makes my journey that much sweeter. Feel free to leave me a comment, I'd love to hear from you!
